Steps to Protect Our Staff and Patrons:
We have implemented a number of new COVID-19 protocols to keep our staff and customers safe:
- Our showroom is open for in-store shopping with limited capacity
- We are also offering same-day curbside pickup for most orders
- We are urging customers to use contactless payment whenever possible and limiting cash payments
- We are screening all patrons that enter the store, and are advising customers to not enter if they have COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with a positive case, or have travelled outside of Canada recently
- Masks required for all staff while in our store and while fulfilling curbside pick up orders
- Masks required for all customers while in-store
- We are enforcing physical distancing procedures within all areas of the store
- We are requiring all team members who feel ill to stay home, and are asking all employees to complete a public health COVID-19 questionnaire at the beginning of every shift
- We have developed a policy in the event of an outbreak and will be using the Canada Contact Tracing App in the event of a positive case in our store
- We have installed plexiglass barriers at our counters to protect our staff and customers
